Overview:
Texas Aero is a Fixed Base Operator (F.B.O.) at the Waco Regional Airport. An FBO is best described as a general aviation terminal, ensuring that all customers and ground services for military, medical, corporate, and private aircraft are all taken care of with the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
-Customer service for pilots to passengers, assisting with luggage, vehicles, and a variety of unique customer needs
-Serve as concierge to Waco by ordering hotel rooms, rental cars, catering meals, etc. for passengers and crew on-board aircraft
-Answering phone calls, emails, and radio calls; receiving customer requests and reiterating to service team and vendors
-Creating and processing customer invoices for fuel, catering, supplemental services, etc.
-Maintaining FBO presentation by tidying facilities and ensuring personal appearance is professional and orderly
-Reliable and timely attendance for all shifts which may include nights, weekends and/or holidays as scheduled
-Understanding that Texas Aero operated 365 days a year and holiday/weekend work may be necessary
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Comfortable with outbound calling activities
