We are seeking a Bi-lingual Texas license experienced Armed Security Guard to join our team for a specific job. As an Armed Security Guard you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities by guiding people who come to the office to where the waiting areas is according to their need. Keep people who are in line waiting outside of the office calm and help them with their questions or concerns accordingly. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

- Proven experience in teamwork to ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day activities with people who are in line and waiting in waiting areas.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Familiarity with hospitality management practices
