Liriano Armed Security LLC is Hiring an Armed Security Officer Near Houston, TX
We are looking for an Armed Security Guard for our male gay bar, who does not only prioritize safety but also bring a friendly and open-minded approach to creating a positive atmosphere for our diverse community. Shift will be Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 pm - 2:30 am. (Form 1099)
Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and approachable presence while maintaining security protocols.
- Foster a friendly environment for patrons through positive interactions.
- Monitor entrances and exits with a welcoming demeanor.
- Respond with empathy and professionalism to any incidents or disturbances.
- Communicate effectively with bar management.
- Enforce venue policies with a focus on inclusivity and respect.
- Conduct a foot patrol around and inside of the bar every hour.
- Check IDs and bags.
Requirements:
- Valid armed security guard license.
- Previous experience in security, especially in a diverse and nightlife setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and open-minded attitude.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and tact.
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to security.
