What You'll Do:

As a Sales Market Manager in our organization, you will be orchestrating with your colleagues, our sales and marketing efforts in the following industries:

· Industrial Ropes: You'll be at the forefront of providing innovative rope solutions to industrial clients, ensuring they have the tools they need to conquer challenges.

· Pleasure Marine: Dive into the world of luxury, pleasure, and adventure by fostering relationships with boat manufacturers, boat accessories and equipment retailers, and enthusiasts’ Sailers. Your passion for the open sea will be contagious as you promote our top-notch yachting ropes and equipment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare marketing plans.
• Develop sales forecasts.
• Fulfill appropriate customer and prospect contact and communications (phone, on site, and trade shows).
• Select, guide and coach sales representatives as necessary.
• Jointly agree on sales targets and goals with sales reps.
• Ensure that sales reps have appropriate product knowledge.
• Direct overall account management in coordination with customer service and the support of the Marketing Communications Specialist.
• Negotiate contracts.
• Monitor replenishment process.
• Recommend product selection and pricing.
• Responsible for trade shows, and other events as needed.
• Visit key and potential accounts.
• Financial analysis.
• Resolve account issues.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Cross-train other market managers and customer service personnel in designated markets.
• Prepare product-pricing analysis.
• Evaluate profitability by product line and recommend additions and deletions.
• Other duties as required or assigned by the Business Unit Manager.

Qualifications:

· Proven success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 5-7 years of previous experience preferably within the industrial ropes or pleasure marine.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

· Strategic thinker with the ability to turn market insights into actionable plans.

· Willingness to travel (40%) to visit customers and attend trade shows.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
