Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Industrial Maintenance Technician located in Fall River, MA. The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment in the plant, performing preventive maintenance procedures, and ensuring the safety of equipment operation. The Industrial Maintenance Technician will work closely with the production team and report to the Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications

• Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge and skills
• Experience with troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for industrial equipment
• 3 years’ experience as a mechanic in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Two-year technical degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
• Precision machining skills and welding ability preferred.
• Ability or willingness to work overtime as necessary. Must be able to work in varying temperatures and climates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
