Job Purpose
Support the review and processing of domestic and international invoices and field expense reporting for our home office and project teams across the globe and help power a just energy transition for all.
Job Description
As the Accounts Payable Specialist in Arlington, VA, you will have the chance to review international field office expense reports and supporting packages for compliance and distribute the monthly Field Project Cost Detail Report to all team members for review.
Working with other members of our team, you’ll assist with maintaining and updating the International Field Office listing, processing wire payments to internal and external clients, and assist the finance team with responding to audit requests.
During your time with us, you will also enter AP expense vouchers and monitor the accounts payable email inbox. Additionally, you will review vendor invoices for appropriate documentation and administer the approval process.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting, finance, or related field in lieu of abachelor’s degree
- Basic MS Excel, and MS Word Skills
- Ability to interact effectively with internal clients.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Consistently follows-through on tasks.
- Able to prioritize and handle a variety of tasks.
