What Will You Be Doing?

Responsible for system administration, maintenance and data integrity in the UKG Human Resource Information System and associated databases, ensuring integrity of the data, roles and workflow processes. Develop reports and metrics for internal and external clients’ use. Responsible for Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance and reporting.

Essential Functions

  • 45% System Administration. Subject matter expert for all system administration of UltiPro HRIS including, workflow and security administration. Responsible for upgrades, enhancements and lifecycle support. Partner closely with Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, and the Onboarding team for all HRIS related projects and improvements. Administer and maintain Manager and Employee self-services and processes.
  • 25% Data Integrity. Develop procedures and routines to validate data stored in various HR databases. Assist in developing procedures to verify correctness of data input into various HR databases. Main contact for all SOX and audit related projects and compliance. Maintain documented procedures.
  • 20% Reporting. Main point of contact for all reporting including custom reports from various HR databases for HR and other internal and external customers.
  • 10% Metrics. Develop methods of measuring and reporting operational and productivity metrics for the department and the corporation for employee related data.

Other Functions

  • Assist with special projects in the HR Department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or information technology preferred, combination of education and/or experience considered in lieu of degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience administering an integrated HRIS product or broad human resources experience
  • Advanced report creation experience using Business Intelligence or similar
  • Previous work experience requiring demonstrated analytical skill and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with UKG HCM or similar system highly preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Advanced user-level in database applications, preferably in integrated HRIS product
  • Advanced user-level in Excel and Access; basic knowledge of other Microsoft Office Suite software
  • Work organization and time management skills
  • Project Management skills beneficial
