NovaSource, a leader in the crop protection industry, is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and dynamic Production and Supply Planner to join our team. If you are a self-starter who's passionate about transforming customer demand plans into tangible supply, coordinating the production with precision, and ensuring the cost-effective flow of raw materials and packaging, this is the perfect role for you!

What Will You Do?

• Master Plan Coordination : Spearhead production for specific products/business areas, ensuring seamless operations daily.
• SAP Expertise : Be the pivotal force in our SAP Materials Management by maintaining and creating essential components within the system.
• Relationship Builder : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and vendors, and explore opportunities for savings and increased efficiency.
• Inventory and Order Savvy : Keep a keen eye on inventory accuracy, manage purchase orders and ensure product availability aligns with customer needs.
• Problem Solver : Address variance issues, coordinate shipments and manage invoice processes with a keen analytical eye.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Experienced Professionals : Individuals with experience in customer service, supply chain, manufacturing or production. SAP knowledge is a plus!
