Tessellati is seeking an Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator to serve as a key member of our team reporting to the company president. We want you to join us if you have:

JOB SUMMARY
As our next Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting and enabling the company president and ensuring the smooth operation of the agency as a whole.
You will be responsible for efficiently managing calendars including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and anticipating any conflicts that derail optimal use of the team’s time and attention. You will coordinate and prepare for internal and external meetings, and act as a liaison between employees, vendors, stakeholders, and the president. You will maintain the office physically and culturally, and seek out opportunities to improve all aspects of the business and the office. You will take on diverse projects and resolve issues as they arise.

This on-site position (with hybrid flexibility) is located 2 blocks from the Salem, MA train and bus station. The annualized salary range is $50,000-$65,000. The agency offers a range of benefits uncommon for a company of its size including, but not limited to company contribution to health and dental insurance, 401k with company contributions, flexible work schedules, professional development reimbursement, and commuting/travel assistance.
