What to Expect
As a Construction Project Manager you will be playing a critical role in building the world's most productive auto factory. You will work closely with project and design teams, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects on time, within budget and according to specifications. You will lead the team's resource forecasting and allocation to multiple projects with varying timelines across multiple areas of our facilities.
What You’ll Do
Lead a team consisting of Project Coordinators, special duties and projects, as assigned or necessary including coverage of other coordinators
Development of project plans, schedules and budgets including contracts, proposal letters, work authorizations, creation and/or maintenance of project directories, cloud-based file sharing sites, opening project and sub-project numbers
Coordinate with Construction Superintendents to establish project objectives, deliverables and timelines
Monitor project costs and expenses, comparing actuals against the budget while also identifying cost-savings
Organizational budget tracking and forecast reporting to management
Track and review supplier invoices and change orders
Construction Documentation/Administration Phases tasks including but not limited to file sharing, print coordination, logging RFIs and submittals, QA/QC documents stamping and coordination including Project Close-Out tasks including punch list tracking
What You’ll Bring
Experience in an administrative capacity preferably within an architecture, design or construction firm or comparable municipal function
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Construction Management, experience, or equivalent
Ability to effectively prioritize with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment with high level of professionalism and strong sense of urgency
Superior verbal and written communication skills with ability to work with minimal guidance; Proactive, motivated self-starter
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail with flexibility and ability to handle and manage change effectively and efficiently
Proficiency with conferencing systems and Bluebeam, REVIT, BIM, Procore and MS Project are preferred

Expected Compensation
$72,000 - $210,000/annual salary cash and stock awards benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
