Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. You will also play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our customers.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Ensure accuracy in order taking and promptly enter orders into the POS system
- Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails with precision and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up the bar area before service and cleaning up after closing
Skills:
- Previous experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of various types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele
