Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately using cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service to customers
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers seated inthe bar
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after each shift
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and sanitation standards
