What You Bring to the Table 

As a Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher, you must be able to effectively communicate and work with customers, vendors, and the company staff. You would be part of a two-person team responsible for all office operations, answering incoming phone calls, taking messages, scheduling service calls and installations, and general office and shop support. This individual must therefore be able to effectively interact with employees.

The Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher is normally the first point of contact with customers and handles customer complaints, therefore you must present a positive image and represent the company well.

Does this sound like you?

• Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager, or Administrative assistant
• Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
• High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary is a plus
• Previous home service experience is a plus, especially in HVAC
• Experience with ServiceTitan a plus
