TempExperts is filling several Exterior OR Interior Superintendent positions at a well-established company focusing on Commercial Construction throughout the United Sates.
Previous background experience in the commercial industry is a requirement. It’s a plus with experience in the following industries: hotels, condominium complexes, resorts, or corporate offices.
Superintendents work closely with all members of the project team and supervise, encourage, teach, and when necessary, work side-by-side with the team.
They will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee, teach, manage, and mentor new employees.
- Work side-by-side with team if/when necessary.
- Schedule projects.
- Communicate and work well with Project Manager and client General Manager.
- Reports daily to management.
- Submit daily logs.
- Provide daily photographs.
- CMIC experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not a requirement.
