Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Superintendent to join our construction team. As a Plumbing Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as extensive knowledge of construction processes and techniques.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Manage and schedule subcontractors, ensuring their work is performed to the highest quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify any issues or delays, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, making adjustments as necessary to stay within budgetary constraints
- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders regarding project status, milestones, and any potential risks or issues

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Superintendent in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
- Experience with quality control procedures and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in budgeting and contract management
- Familiarity with construction estimating software (e.g., Primavera, HeavyBid)
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.93 - $39.65 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
