Full-Time Program Director
T.E.A.L.® (Tell Every Amazing Lady About Ovarian Cancer Louisa M. McGregor Ovarian Cancer Foundation) is a national 501c3 not-for-profit with its community center located in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of five years of experience in the nonprofit or related industry to join our team as a Full-Time Program Director. The Full-Time Program Director will be expected to lead and oversee all of our national community health programming which involves various executions like for example phone calls, in person and digital events, crafting digital tools like educational videos, pamphlets and using creativity to achieve any other necessary deliverables in order to report on programming and grant outcomes. Candidates must be passionate about women’s health and have experience with leadership and running programs.
This exciting position at a small not for profit with national scope, and is best for a hard working individual looking to make a major impact on communities. This individual will be responsible for leading all foundation initiatives, putting together teams, and following through on all activities. An ideal candidate would be a well- rounded, passionate and dedicated person who will play a crucial role in the smooth operations across the organization's programming events. As well as someone who is highly detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, adaptable, and capable of multitasking while delivering on multiple projects from inception to completion.
This is an amazing opportunity to be a part of huge PR events raising awareness and reaching millions as well as small community initiatives and building one on one relationships. The foundation has a history of participating as a charity team in marathons, opening the NYSE, lighting buildings and monuments, hosting huge walks and runs in various cities, as well as small community health fairs, press conferences and supportive social gatherings. This role is fully in person and requires some weekend and evening hours at times based on some events and activities scheduled. This role is an integral part of the Tell Every Amazing Lady® team, collaborating with leadership, staff, external contacts and greatly impacts all programming.

Compensation: $60,000 to $70,000. Competitive salary based on experience.
Benefits:
Regular full-time employees receive ten (10) paid holidays, and ten (10) paid vacation days.
As a part of T.E.A.L.®’s internal wellness program, each employee will be entitled to eight (8) paid wellness hours, and eight (8) paid personal hours. These wellness hours will be used for annual checkups (physical, dental cleaning, OBGYN visit, prostate exam, mammograms, etc..) The Foundation makes available at shared cost, health insurance coverage for each full- time employee, and their dependents.
