Role Description
This is a customer service representative role responsible for providing prompt and efficient assistance to customers via phone, email or chat. The customer service representative will be expected to handle high volume inbound inquiries from customers, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, provide product information and order assistance, and maintain accurate customer records. This is a full-time remote role.
