Duties / Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and direction for multiple projects in implementing changes to C5ISC business processes and to Client mission-enabling IT-enabled solutions.
• Provide consultation and guidance to Project Managers in the execution and management of projects of high complexity in accordance with PM Governance, Processes, Tools, and Templates to realize project completion within estimated timeframes and resource constraints.
• Coordinate all parties to tasks and review work products for completeness, quality, and adherence to customer requirements.
• Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Guide projects through the agency s Project Management and SELC processes which includes but is not limited to activities such as: Requirements Development and Project Planning activities (Scope, Schedule, Resources, Communications, risk, Testing, Training Logistics, Developing Project Management Plans).
  • Facilitate communications with project Stakeholders to support successful Project and Risk Management.
  • Provide Acquisitions Support Services as needed to turn technical needs into procurement packages release.
  • Provide Documentation Support and preparation of documents associated with establishing contracts and agreements, develop, write, and edit acquisition materials (Solicitations, Proposals, Evaluations, Agreements, Reports/briefs), organize material and completes writing assignments according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology, review published materials and recommended revisions or changes in scope, format, and content, and provide support during the preparation and finalization of contractual documentation.

Minimum Requirements

• U.S. Citizen.
• Active Public Trust clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
• Bachelor s Degree.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
• Three (3) years of experience in managing projects, with a focus on business process, re-engineering, or IT projects.
• Five (5) years of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data and information.
• Able to disclose COVID-19 vaccination status and abide by contract/department s COVID-19 guidance when accessing any facility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master s Degree.
• Project Management Professional (PMP ) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
• Successfully completed ITIL Foundations training.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft SharePoint, Visio, PowerApps, and PowerBI.
• Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to read and interpret acquisition policies, regulations, and directives.
