Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavioral Health Therapy Manager to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Therapy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and a team of behavioral health therapists. Your role will involve providing clinical guidance, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and filling in for therapists as needed. Responsibilities:

- Provide clinical guidance to therapists

- Compliance audits and maintenance

- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans with the therapist as necessary

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

- Collect and analyze data to measure treatment outcomes and effectiveness

- Provide crisis intervention as needed

- Collaborate with community resources and agencies to support patient care

- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in behavioral health

Skills:

- Strong experience in managing a team

- Proficiency in clinical counseling and mental health therapy techniques

- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and interventions

- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to patient care

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment

- Experience working with children and adults is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
