This essential role will be key in raising Telaids profile, making prospects aware of the significant impact of the services we provide, and keeping our customers happy, well-informed, engaged and relying on us even more.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts including working with copywriter to develop content, manage content calendar and grow follower and influencer base.
• Support Demand Generation efforts including expertise with account based marketing ad management, paid social ads and pay per click.
• Responsible for supporting the ideation and creation of B2B marketing lead nurturing activities including retargeting and email programs.
• Supporting in determining the best segmentation audience strategy for emails and maintain contact database that is data privacy compliant.
• Work with copywriters to create digital content social media, email, display ads
• Coordinate activities related to company events and tradeshows
• Track competitors and changes in the industry relevant to Telaids growth strategy
• Support consistent growth of marketing qualified leads and relationship with business development
• Coordinate the review of all marketing campaigns for content, design, accuracy and performance
• Maintain marketing automation platform, Hubspot for content management, lead nurturing and platform integrations.

Qualifications/ Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university with concentration in marketing, communications or business management
• 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing for B2B or agency environment. Will also consider recent graduates.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Must be able to coordinate multiple projects, maintain current status reports and demonstrate consistent progress.
• Technical skills (or willingly to learn): Hubspot, Google Ads, Terminus, Paid and Organic Social Platforms
