Job Description :
Technical Proficiency : Possesses technical knowledge acquired from an Associate Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Civil / Mechanical Engineering Technology.
Gains knowledge of standards, codes, and regulations relevant to area of assignment.
Gains knowledge with pertinent equipment, material, systems, and business processes.
Assists employees in handling defined portions of routine problems when beneficial to Client.
Possesses basic computer literacy, knowledge, and skills.
Leadership & Guidance : Performs work activities as assigned and coached by higher level employees.
Demonstrates ability to work with others in supplying information and seeking assistance as necessary.
Planning & Organization Ability : Plans work in accordance with Client standard planning practices.
Prioritizes routine work to meet the demands of the company.

Job Duties : Data Review
Data Review
Review backlog of ITIS conditions in Clearion for accuracy
Verify conditions migrated from ITIS into Clearion
Remove completed ITIS conditions in Clearion
Remove ITIS conditions in Clearion with pending / valid work orders.
Field verification
Closed work order review
Coordinate FMP completion needs with local supervision.
Data Entry
Support TFS Line Coordinators with Clearion data entry
Condition Lifecycle Management
Create Assessments in Clearion Web per each line
Create and review conditions within each assessment in Clearion X
Create tasks for conditions in Clearion X in order to work and complete condition
Create work groups in Clearion Web per each line for preparing scheduled work.
Assign tasks to each work group in Clearion Web for work completion
Assign task to crews in Clearion X to NE crew leader for in field completion
Complete work tasks for NE crew leaders when necessary and obtain structure pictures
Complete the FMP cycle within ten days of job completion
Enter all necessary details and information regarding each structure for FMP completion
Once job is completed, track all necessary information and charges per work order accuracy
Assist coordinators and supply information for monthly work order tracking meetings
Assist coordinators and line personnel with FAC-008 issues and data entry in Clearion X
Coordinate FMP completion and submittal with contract resource
Obtain all necessary information from contractor groups needed to complete FMP cycle
Complete the FMP cycle within ten days of job completion
Enter all necessary details and information regarding each structure for FMP completion
Once job is completed, track all necessary information and charges per work order accuracy
Data Auditing
Monitor condition lifecycle management in Clearion with respect to internal guidelines and
policies for timeliness
Creation

FMP compliance
Work order closure
Close assessments within Clearion Web for accuracy
Close work groups within Clearion Web for accuracy and condition completion
Modify each work group and assessment to maintain a targeted due date of work completion within Clearion Web
Coordinate reporting to local management to demonstrate condition lifecycle management success and foster local accountability
Leverage dashboards and other reporting metrics
Establish and execute standard process for reviewing data compliance on emergent work

Minimum Requirements :
Education and Work Experience :
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years or related work experience; or an Associate's Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Civil / Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field.
Two year technical or Assc degree is preferred.
Knowledge of utility, electrical or electronic information will be extremely helpful.
