ITS - Integrated Talent Strategies is Hiring a Technician Associate– Line Data Administrator Near Abilene, TX

NOW HIRING a Technician Associate – Line Data Administrator to work with a top Energy and Utility company in the Abilene, TX area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
  • Schedule: 40 hour week which is flexible: 4 ten-hour days or 5 eight-hour days.
  • Travel: 5% for occasional meeting or field visit.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. 
 
JOB SUMMARY: The Line Data Administrator will use the application Clearion to manage inspections, record inspection data, write work orders and track completed tasks associated with Transmission Line (T Line) activities. Training will be provided on this application.
 
 
JOB DUTIES:
  • Data Review
    • Review backlog of Integrated Transmission Information System (ITIS) conditions in Clearion for accuracy.
    • Verify conditions migrated from ITIS into Clearion.
    • Remove completed ITIS conditions in Clearion
    • Coordinate Field Mark Prints (FMP) completion needs with local supervision.
  • Data Entry
    • Support Transmission Field Services (TFS) Line Coordinators with Clearion data entry.
    • Coordinate FMP completion and submittal with contract resource.
  • Data Auditing
    • Monitor condition lifecycle management in Clearion with respect to internal guidelines and policies for timeliness.
    • Coordinate reporting to local management to demonstrate condition lifecycle management success and foster local accountability.
    • Establish and execute standard process for reviewing data compliance on emergent work. 
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associate’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Civil/Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field.
  • Knowledge of utility, electrical or electronic information is helpful.
  • Good computer software skills; quick learner.
  • Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills.
  • Ability to create, run, and interpret reports.
  • Ability to organize and summarize data.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
