Responsibilities:

As a Senior Project Manager/Estimator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing coating projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

• Estimation: Prepare accurate and detailed project estimates based on client specifications, site visits, and material requirements.
• Project Management: Lead and coordinate coating projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
• Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including production, quality control, and safety, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Cost Control: Monitor project costs, identify areas for cost savings, and implement efficient project management strategies.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in project management and estimating within the coatings industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of coating materials, application processes, and industry standards.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving: Ability to identify and address challenges proactively, finding effective solutions.
• Travel: Willingness to travel and work remotely if necessary. International experience is a plus.
• ESOP Commitment: Passion for participating in and contributing to the success of an ESOP company.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $83,409.00 - $120,000.00 per year
