Responsibilities
· We also provide value added assembly to complete product box builds
· Client is customer focused and expects our team members to provide extremely responsive support to the customers we serve
· We are seeking an experienced detail-oriented customer support specialist
· Must demonstrate confidence and work with a sense of urgency in performing all duties
· Sourcing/ordering components as directed by Application Engineers (AEs) / Program Managers (PMs)
· Entering component orders in client’s ERP system, IQMS
· Inspecting incoming component shipments
· Facilitating component shipments to Manufacturing Partners
· Saving component shipments in Component Pack Log folder
· Following up with Manufacturing Partners on components needs and inventory status
· Preparing quotes on orders for AEs/PM for review
· Confirming orders back to customers and providing regular status updates
· Communicating/Expediting with Manufacturing Partners on orders in process
· Providing Manufacturing Partners appropriate paperwork to direct ship if needed
· Logging Purchase Orders in client’s ERP system, IQMS
· Monitoring incoming shipments from Manufacturing Partners
· Storing inventory in warehouse when immediate shipment is unnecessary
· Facilitate shipment of goods out to customers in accordance with PO’s
· Communicating issues to Quality Manager and Application Engineers as they arise
· Preparing Bill of Materials as directed by Application Engineers
· Review with AE or PM their pipeline of opportunities
· Develop follow up activities and help to execute
· Follow up on quotes and opportunities, seeking customer feedback and support AE/PM in assuring client is positioned to win the business
· Track – Won – Loss and document reasonings in Pipeline system
· Saving E-mails in Customer files as they relate to projects in progress
· Sending brochures, samples, and word processing as needed for AEs and PMs
· Assisting AEs and PMs in other projects as time will allow and as they become necessary
· Other duties as requested by Leadership, AEs and PMs
