Tektree is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Castle, DE

Full job description

  • Project Managers are responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, cost control, scheduling, and coordinating all activities related to the project.
  • The project manager works closely with the project foreman, engineers, general contractors, construction managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
  • The Project manager will have experience in earthmoving, excavation, utility work, demolition, restoration, and brownfield development projects
  • We are hiring for two locations in Delaware 1. New Castle and 2.Millsboro offices.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and cost control.
  • Managing and overseeing all aspects of the construction process, including procurement, subcontractors, and inspections.
  • Monitoring project progress and performance to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Conducting regular site visits to inspect work progress and ensure quality control.
  • Providing regular reports to senior management or clients on project status, progress, and potential risks or issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $72,383.00 - $90,000.00 per year
