Corrado Construction Company is Hiring a Project Manager Near Castle, DE

Project Managers are responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, cost control, scheduling, and coordinating all activities related to the project. The project manager works closely with the project foreman, engineers, general contractors, construction managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.We are hiring in two Delaware locations for our New Castle and Millsboro offices.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and cost control.
  • Managing and overseeing all aspects of the construction process, including procurement, subcontractors, and inspections.
  • Monitoring project progress and performance to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Conducting regular site visits to inspect work progress and ensure quality control.
  • Providing regular reports to senior management or clients on project status, progress, and potential risks or issues.
