Senior Cost Estimator

We're currently seeking a dynamic, success-driven Senior Cost Estimator to join our growing team in Northern California! This role will support clients' needs across all market sectors in the region. You can be based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, or anywhere in-between! Senior Estimator Responsibilities:

• Create estimates, studies, analyses, and evaluations, at all levels of project development.
• Provide conceptual-level estimates, detailed quantity take-off, change order reviews/reconciliations, and value engineering solutions as necessary.
• Provide a detailed review of all documentation and develop comprehensive cost estimates/models that communicate client's project and strategic goals.
• Ensure a quality product is presented to the client by adhering to QA/QC procedures.
• Communicate effectively through clear and concise means appropriate to the project goals.
• Actively research, solicit, and develop sources/vendors for compiling and maintaining accuracy of cost information.
• Oversee, mentor, and develop other Estimators in the region.
• Support business development efforts by developing, promoting, and maintaining client relationships through the creation of cost exhibits for proposals, meetings, presentations, etc.

Desired Senior Estimator Experience:

• Advanced level of cost estimating experience across vertical construction/engineering projects, to include, but not limited to conceptual estimating, take-offs, change order review/reconciliation, value engineering solutions, etc.
• Ability to understand and accurately interpret construction documents at all levels of design.
• Expert user On Screen Takeoff (OST) software or similar industry software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel user and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Compensation: $165,000 - $180,000
