Responsibilities: You will be responsible for helping customers and our mechanics, by providing product, and service information while resolving technical issues. Prior foreman/supervisory or lead mechanic experience in the transportation/heavy equipment field OR automotive field with a focus on maintenance is mandatory.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Opening/Closing repair orders
• Schedule customer service appointments
• Managing mechanics and their work in progress
• Handle customer inquiries and keep them informed on their repairs
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in service repair as lead mechanic or service management
• Computer skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask managing daily work activities of semi-trailer mechanics and support service manager
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Team player winning attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
