About The Job:
· The Client is seeking a talented and experienced Brand Manager with Marketing expertise to join their team.
· The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies to promote the firm's products and services.
· Will work closely with the leadership team to drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
· Will have a strong background in content marketing, advertising sales, analytics, performance marketing, email marketing, market research, graphic design and print advertising.
· Other desired expertise in photography and creating video content.

Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
· Own the firm's local community and grassroots events such as trade shows, expos, sponsorships.
· Recruiting.
· Integrating local marketing efforts with the firm's national spend accounts.
· Create engaging content for various marketing channels including website, social media, email and internal use.
· Collaborate closely with the CEO to synchronize branding and marketing campaigns across all channels.
· Develop and execute social media calendars.
· Provide informed recommendations for ad placements and content, based on comprehensive analytic reviews.
· Create and social media boosted posts.
· Design print materials to be used within our organization and for outside marketing.
· Review past marketing campaigns to derive valuable insights for future endeavors.
· Create engaging photographic and video content of our projects to be used in various marketing channels.

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Graphic Design or related field.
· Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role.
· Strong knowledge of HTML5, content marketing, advertising sales, analytics, sales, performance marketing, email marketing, market research, and print advertising.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to think creatively and strategically.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
· Proficient in using marketing software tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
