TEKsystems is Hiring a Service coordinator Near Virginia, VA
TEK systems is hiring 3 Service Coordinators to work onsite with a car dealership in Virginia Beach!
Pay : $17 / hr
Environment : Fully onsite in Virginia Beach
Schedule : Between the hours of 7 : 00am-6 : 00pm Monday - Friday
Must be able to work every other Saturday (will get one day off during the week)
Start Date : Monday 4 / 22
Description :
- Answers and handles inbound calls to the Service Departments, scheduling appointments and providing assistance as necessary
- Obtains detailed, accurate and specific customer, vehicle and service information
- Monitors appointments, contacting no-shows daily to reschedule
- Proactively contacts customers and conducts other outbound calls as necessary
- Retrieves and handles after-hours voicemails appropriately
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of call center experience
- Car dealership experience a plus
- Must be able to work every other Saturday
