TEKsystems is Hiring a Member service representative Near Bloomington, MN
MUST LIVE IN MINNESOTA - MUST BE OPEN TO GOING ONSITE (Bloomington, MN)
Job Description :
- Reps will take between 50-70 calls / day (8-10 / hour) from members who have questions regarding their current insurance plan.
- Questions often are regarding coverage, copayments, premium billing, network, premiums, deductibles, etc.
- This position will be WFH, after a day or so of training in their Bloomington office.

Qualifications :
- Must have 1-2 years of call center experience at one position (TENURE IS VERY IMPORTANT)
- Ideal candidate has Medicare, Medicaid, or Health Insurance experience
- Must reside in Minnesota near Bloomington, MN
- Bachelors Degree is highly preferred but not required
