We are partnered with a top hospital group looking to hire a Medical Receptionist in Lexington, MA!
Qualifications :
- 1 years of Medical Administrative
- EPIC experience highly preferred
- Insurance / referrals experience
POSTION OVERVIEW :
- Answer a high volume of phone calls
- Schedule patients for a primary care office
- Make sure charts are up to date
- Handle insurance and referrals
- Heavy documentation in EPIC
- Triage patients as needed
- Verify patient demographics
SHIFT : M-F 9-5pm
M-F 9-5pm
No nights or weekends required
