Description :

The main focus of this role is to make outbound phone calls to clients. They partner with insurance companies and actual employers as a free service to the individual.

This person will be making anywhere from 100 to 150 or more calls a day. Just depends on how many people they get ahold of and speak to.

Roughly around 6% or so of the phone calls will answer. Once on the phone they explain that through their employer or insurance provider its a free service to them to help with their health and wellness journey.

It could be around nutrition, weight loss, quitting smoking, mental health etc. Once the person is interested in the service they set them up with a health guide based on what that in particular person is needing.
