Description :

Promotes efficient patient flow and patient care. Performs clinic support tasks including miscellaneous clerical duties, answering phones, and maintaining physician's schedule.

• Escort Patients to and from exam rooms, physicians offices and treatment rooms as appropriate
• Obtains all necessary patient records as required by physician
• Orders supplies and stocks treatment rooms
• Responds to all patients' calls as requested
• Performs other administrative duties (typing, filing, faxing reception)
• Schedule follow up appointments
