```Job Summary```
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This is a part time/in-person position. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical and administrative skills, as well as proficiency in data entry and computer applications with skills in problem solving and time management. 8 Hours on Monday and Thursday or Friday are required. These can be between 6 am and 6 pm.
***Responsibilities***
Enter data into computerized databases and spreadsheets
Assist with data collection and analysis
Verify accuracy and completeness of data
Transcribe information from paper documents to digital formats
Provide occasional administrative support
Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry and filing
Organize and maintain files and records
Conduct basic research as required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with pivot tables is a plus
