TEKsystems is Hiring a Customer support representative Near Urbandale, IA

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our client's team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from providers to check eligibility and claim status for our members.

Working in a call center environment, you will be taking both inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries via phone or email in a clear and understandable manner.

Your duties will include researching customer inquiries, following up with customers as needed, troubleshooting basic website errors, and assisting with payments, policy changes, coverages, and rate explanations.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum 1-year call center experience
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in navigating systems and operating computers
  • Previous insurance or bank customer service experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree and P&C experience are desirable

Work Environment :

  • Training hours from 7 : 45 am to 4 : 30 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Operational hours between 7 : 00 am to 8 : 00 pm, Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts starting between 8 : 30 am to 9 : 00 am
