PAY: $18 per hour

Full Time: 10 am-7 pm. Must be able to work both weekend days with 2 days off during the week.

Job Description:

The Customer Support Specialist is a fast-paced, customer facing role. You will assist customers to complete purchases and resolve finance related questions while providing exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Creates positive customer experiences in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with customers and fellow Finance Team members
• Prioritizes various forms of customer interactions and job duties
• Explains the "why" behind company financing and transaction policies to customers
• Utilizes communication with different departments and resources to answer a wide variety of customer inquiries
• Answers phone calls and respond to voicemails in a timely manner
• Answers emails and respond in a timely manner

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• Cashiering, cash handling, or transactional experience required
• Exceptional customer service & communication skills in person, over the phone & via email
• Ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• 10 key & typing skills
