Job Description:

This position will work on the frontline interacting with customers daily including, but not limited to, processing payments, bill inquiries, outage reporting, and handling service orders, making payment arrangements, and resolving issues.

Qualifications:

2 years of experience as a Cashier

1 year of experience as a Bank Teller

2 years as a Sales Associate

Cash handling experience is required

Banking experience is preferred

Experience assisting customers with payments is a plus

Work Environment:

Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm
