Customer Service Representative

Join a rapidly growing successful health insurance company, who is a top market leader, that provides servicing solutions and competitive products to

satisfy the business needs of its clients. We are looking for entry level customer service representatives who can handle daily calls pertaining to insurance and benefits and can give great customer service.

COMPETITIVE PAY AND WEEKLY PAY

Training will be fully onsite for the first three months

Monday-Friday schedule

Responsibilities :

Provides prompt, accurate, thorough and courteous responses to all customer inquiries. Performs research as needed to resolve inquiries.

Ensures effective customer relations by responding accurately, timely and courteously to telephone, written, web, or walk-in inquiries.

Accurately documents inquiries.

Problem solving and problem resolutions skills are required.

Skills / Qualifications :

REQUIRED TO HAVE :

At least 6 months to a year of CALL CENTER experience.

ONE YEAR of Customer Service experience or management experience

Must be able to type at least 35 WPM

Great verbal, typing and written communication skills

NICE TO HAVE :

Health Insurance Experience

Bilingual in Spanish
