TEKsystems is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Amityville, NY
Location: Amityville, NY
Schedule: Monday- Friday 9AM-6PM
Skills/Qualifications
- 2 years' experience within customer service/data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with AS400 preferred
- Strong work ethic, self motivated and detail oriented
- Perform data entry
- Answer incoming account calls to place orders
- Assist with order invoicing
- Process credit card transactions
- Address product question, shipping and related customer service tasks
