MUST HAVES:

• 1 year of customer service experience

Description:

• This high volume sales and service position will allow you to engage your customer service skills by delivering prompt and accurate answers to telephone banking customers, as well as promoting self-service options and convenience services.
• In the Customer Service Associate role you will Provide outstanding service to and builds relationships with over customers every day.
• Work individually and as a team to meet and exceed established goals, i.e. call handle time goals, availability goals, customer service performance goals, sales and quality goals.
• Be responsible for resolving customer complaints and disputes in a timely and professional manner. Maintain up to date knowledge on company products, services, technology, and procedures.
• There is a CSR manual, there are resources we would like this person to review before asking for help. We need to find candidates that will use resources and teams chat before holding and asking for a manager.

Pay:

$18-23/hr

Shift:

Hybrid work schedule, 3 days onsite after training is completed and computers are received. Monday through Friday 1st shift, 8am to 5pm. 1 week onsite training and then hybrid.
