TEKsystems is Hiring a Business Analyst Near Oakland, CA
Person must come onsite in Oakland, CA at least once a month
Description:
This person will be supporting their Video Visits product which is a patient and doctor facing product that allows patient visits to happen virtually. They will also be supporting a new product which will be Groups and Classes that they will start to offer for their patients. Some will be interactive and some not. They use Zoom as their video platform. The role involves gathering requirements, running Scrum Meetings, writing User Stories, system integrations, working with design management teams, working with offshore developers and QA. The most important thing though will be building relationships with the stakeholders across Northern CA to understand more about the product and feedback on the product.

Most important: This person needs to be a self starter, go getter and hungry to learn more about their product. Must have the desire to learn more and take initiative. This is vital to this role.
- 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment
- Experience with Jira and MS Office
- Experience working with a video platform (any is fine, can even be experience with FaceTime)
- Experience running Scrum Meetings and writing User Stories
- Experience in an Enterprise type environment
