Your Role

The Finance Accounting Shared Services team develops, interprets, and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control; oversees technical analysis and future financial performance. Recommends financial plans, acquisition activity, and trended future requirements and operating forecasts. The Business Systems Analyst, Consultant will report to the Sr. Manager, Program and Project Management. In this role you will provide technical process automation and project support.

Your Work

In this role, you will:

• Play a vital role in the program and project team by providing technical process automation and project support
• Guide, influence, and build relationships with internal business stakeholders to drive process automation and behavioral change within Finance
• Report and analyze Commercial Capitation, Medicare and Medi-Cal, Invoicing Self-Funded businesses, National Accounts, and Cash Management
• Provide project support and liaise between Finance functional business areas and IT by delivering business requirements, reviewing design solutions, and partnering to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Work with IT to ensure that data load processes are successfully loaded into the data warehouse to perform weekly and monthly reconciliations
• Telecommuting within normal commuting distance of the office is permitted but must come to the office when needed
