Description :

• Will sit at the slab will-call desk helping walk in customers, answer incoming phone calls, and respond to questions via email / fax for tile customers.
• Will mainly be working with Fabricators and drivers for Fabricators that are Spanish speaking
• Will also handle data entry for tile orders - using internal system and Excel
• Work closely with showroom, warehouse, and order desk personnel
• Serve a a direct contact for their customers by providing sales support person to person, over the phone and by other means
• Provide customers with the best possible buying experience, product delivery, and after-sales service

Hours : Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, occasional Saturday 9 AM to 3PM (you will only work 5 days, 40 hours / week)

Qualifications :

• Computer skills : basic excel, entering into existing spreadsheets
• Someone who has strong interpersonal skills and able to build rapport
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (write, speak, and read)
