TEKsystems is currently supporting a client in NJ for their bilingual customer service position. This role will be supporting the customer service team with inbound calls scheduling service appointments. Applicants bilingual in Spanish and have strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Description:

- Support call center operations

- Answering incoming calls and schedule appointments for services

- Data entry

- Internal department communication

- Track data and update information as needed

Qualifications:

- Customer service experience

- Bilingual Spanish

- Microsoft office experience

- Strong communication skills

Additional Details:

- Schedule: Monday-Friday

- Shift: 10am-6:30pm

- Contract position for 3-4 months, possible extension
