TEKSYSTEMS, INC. is Hiring a Desktop Support Near Tyler, TX
Looking for someone to join the operation center based in Tyler, TX. Hybrid role, training in office and then remote/onsite as needed. This position is more back line support for Field Techs, they will not be traveling to clinics. This team is proactive so the majority of calls are outbound to clinics. They will be responsible for distributing tickets to Field Techs while also working some tickets that can be resolved remotely. Looking for an IT hardware experience, imaging and PC builds. Previous IT support at schools or Hospitals would be a good fit. They use ServiceNow so any experience would be a plus.
