Description:
Required 2 years experience with PeopleSoft, API and system integrations, and Database analysis.
Reviews analyzes, implements, and evaluates business systems and user needs for large, university-wide projects with a focus on process improvement and technical innovation.
Determines systems-related business requirements and technical/functional specifications.
Analyzes business processes for the unit and provides documentation on business processes and testing plans.
Serves as liaison between the business unit and the technology department across several university departments
Perform business analysis, configuration, data analysis, and change management tasks.
Documenting, guiding working sessions, analyzing functionality in the new solution ensuring business processes can be completed, problem solving, and other duties as assigned.
Gather requirements, and review campus business process, system features and technical integrations.
Research system functionality that may provide solutions to existing business problems.
Guide the planning, testing, and implementation of new or modified system features.
Create and maintain project documentation for related projects, system configuration, and business processes. Develop system design documents for new or revised system features. Prepares reports summarizing findings, alternatives, and recommendations.
Participate in vendor update installations and testing. Analyze new features to determine impact. Make recommendations for the implementation of optional features.
Work with vendors on support tickets and regular upgrade testing. Confer with vendors and other resources to resolve technical questions and problems and consult with and advise users in the selection and use of system options.
