W2 contract: 12 months w/ possible opportunity for extensions based on business needs & performance
Pay rate: $29-33.50/hr

Additionally, familiarity with Customer Service operations and experience in the Semiconductor industry will be highly valued.
Job Description:
Randstad / Millipore Sigma is seeking a diligent and progressive leader to join our team as a Customer Service Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization and drive service excellence in the fast-moving and growing semiconductor industry. As the Customer Service Manager, you will oversee and be responsible for all aspects of the Customer Service function, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with various functional teams, including commercial, supply chain, logistics, and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop objectives for the Customer Service team to meet or exceed defined service level targets.
  • Manage staffing availability, performance development, and the professional growth of team members, including defining and managing training plans for new hires.
  • Act as the Voice of Customers, driving opportunities to improve the quality of services provided.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP) and take ownership of Customer Service audits, including timely closure of findings.
  • Take responsibility for cost and team performance.
  • Leverage customer service functional tools and utilize data to support decision-making processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in team management.
  • Experience working with the Customer Service function.
  • Up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Customer Service operations or SAP ERP Order to Cash function.
  • Experience working in a global organization.
  • Experience working in the Semiconductor industry.
  • Strong leadership, change management, and conflict management skills.
