Description: Our client is looking for a new Desktop Support Specialist to join the team long-term. This person will be part of a team of 5. The team is looking for someone they can mold and can blend in with the team well. Cultural fit is the key for this role. They want someone who is responsible, collaborative, and presentable (due to the amount of white glove support they do).
There are 3 locations this team supports, most of the time the person will be sitting out of the main office in midtown but from time to time will have to other offices in midtown for additional support.
The day to day will primarily consist of end-user support on Mac/PC (Primarily Mac), remote support, Adobe support, Google Software Support, handling JIRA tickets, help setting WebEx call, white-glove support (lots of C-level sit in NY).

The team is willing to teach this person and help them develop into the role, so as long as they have a basic understanding of Desktop support, and they have a strong desire to learn and a good team player, the team is willing to consider them.
