Description:
Job Purpose
We are looking to hire a Desktop Support Engineer to provide fast and effective support for computer hardware and software issues. You will be required to work on-site or via remote connection and assist with hardware installations, software upgrades, systems integrations, and troubleshoot IT-related issues. To ensure success, you should have extensive knowledge of current operating systems and applications, good problem-solving skills, and high-level interpersonal skills.
Skills & Qualifications:

• Desktop Deployment Experience
• Imaging experience (Experience with utilizing SCCM/MECM is a plus, but not limited to)
• Desktop Support/Engineering experience

Essential Functions:
Provide remote and on-site support for one or more locations as needed
Responding to end user support requests and escalations from the Helpdesk via tickets
Software/Hardware installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Workstation deployments
Workstation image management
Patch management
Providing basic guidance in computer operation and management
Special projects as required
